PrimeTime provides a six week program of reading, discussion and storytelling for parents and children. This library-based program targets children between the ages of 6 and 12 and their parents. Museum on Main Street (MoMS) combines the talents of the Smithsonian Institution, state humanities councils, and cultural organizations to bring national and local heritage to small and rural communities across the United States through exhibitions tailor-made for small town museums.
